Ritual wines were born from an urge to prove Chile to be one of the most dynamic wine-producing countries in the world. Ritual’s artisanal wines are crafted from their organic estate nestled in Chile’s Casablanca Valley. The cool climate and decomposed granite soils here provide ideal growing conditions for high quality wines.
Not content to rely on Old World standards, the winemaking team at Ritual has continuously improved their methods from vineyard to glass. Low impact farming methods allow for Casablanca’s breathtaking, biodiverse forests to thrive and play their part in defining the terroir. Furthermore, native yeast fermentations in steel, concrete, or neutral oak retain the influence of the natural world and create true wines of place. Ritual’s portfolio includes pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, merlot, and syrah.
